History: Hobart lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Thorpe was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Miller like her father before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
