History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Pûgrish was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Pûgrish's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Pûgrish and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Gubu was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He has worked as a Stylist like his mother before him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family; and to end his boredom

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and someone believes her a fraud
