History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Mara was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
