Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hobart was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.
