Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Kite was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Sailor born in the past three hundred years. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Uadjit was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now owns her own business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
