Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Ilga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town.
