History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: Cora is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Seamstress and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Glassblower born in the past three hundred years. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Rieta was born the youngest of three triplets. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to share knowledge with the world
