Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Nalaed hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nalaed alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
