History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Jo learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Jo liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. The war was a terrible time for him, and Qemuel does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Qemuel was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a great chef.

History: Thava was born the youngest of three triplets. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it
