Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Quarethon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Kansif hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kansif alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
