History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dell grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Phann lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His ears are large.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Xappan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Xappan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.
