Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Qualen was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.
