History: Tree was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarsali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
