History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She tends to her Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
