History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Portia was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Ploughman. She now mingles about in high society.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents enrolled her in a Monk school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. A true patriot, Keth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Keth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and an old rival family wants him found
