History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born into a rich family. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ilanis grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she wants revenge against gnolls
