History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Arha was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arha decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
