History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Sarai was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and seeks redemption

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Adran hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the west. Adran was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
