Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hlin. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.
