History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Personality: Enidda hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Fivin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Fivin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is typically in her Sailor uniform. She wears a colorful flower in her green crest. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sailor for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tordek does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
