History: Gifted from a young age, Burana studied abroad. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Burana never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her religion dominates her actions
