History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He became a Navigator soon after.
