History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Gifted from a young age, Portia studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Umpen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Umpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.
