History: Gifted from a young age, Silent studied abroad. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Findex lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Korfel's homeland. Korfel decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
