History: Eida was born with her mother's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Detective, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Elizabeth learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
