History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Great was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Great's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Personality: Kelter speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and many orcs want her driven away

History: Kathra hails from a village terrorized by giants. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Kathra was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.
