History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Personality: Lia is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
