History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: Smoking was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Smoking has worked very hard to control his curse. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

Description: This man is very fat, and has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Umpen took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Umpen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mayor. A true patriot, Syllin would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
