Personality: He is fixated on the number 86. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.
