Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Shanairla hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shanairla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the east to a Bricklayer, Raer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bricklayer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raer was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'3". She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and her gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. Her purple hair is long and unkept. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and balancing her hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fortune-teller. Gale enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
