Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Volen is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Roofer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
