Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Verna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was born in a small island village. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Beggar soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and money/treasure

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length red hair. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Wella was born the youngest of three triplets. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is a Navigator first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Hethress enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hethress lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Carpenter again; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
