History: She comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Andraste was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Andraste's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
