Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sybil embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
