He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a white coat with red slacks, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longbow. He has done his best to style his rusty crest to look like a famous performer. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Bharash enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bharash grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. She carries a battered flail and tarnished longbow as well. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken from her home at a very young age. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has a long brown ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is baby faced.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Meriele abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her hair is long and white with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She has violet eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Artin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love
