Upon awakening, Tarhun discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Tarhun fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the south to a Butcher, Gildmak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
