History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Kithri was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kithri decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
