Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Astaro isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Astaro was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Bethrynna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
