Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Euphemia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Euphemia. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He carries with him a set of sickles on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Thorin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Thorin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man stands a little under 4'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
