History: Gadreel was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable
