History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has never given up on her singing dream.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Naill was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
