Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His fur is short and black. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Serpent is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Serpent was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Morana speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Heather enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heather was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
