History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Cockaby enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Cockaby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Cockaby was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cockaby's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
