History: Roywyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Richard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
