Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Born to a Body Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
