History: Patrin was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear flannel. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
