Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Pelt is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Pelt was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His red hair is lengthy. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kelter will drive conversation. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This woman is very fat, and sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her red fur is heavily combed to the left. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gale was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Gale never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pennie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
