Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of morningstars on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a dull look in his silver eyes.

Personality: Balam is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Balam was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Balam took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He stands about 5'7" and dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. This black eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She carries a battered shortbow and tarnished club as well. Her red crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 75. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Hethress was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. With wild white hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Healer born in the past three hundred years. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Liftrasa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Hadwisa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
