Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is baby faced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Jeweler born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small island village. Hobart was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hobart decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
