Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dûshrat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a mace on her belt. She has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sariel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear flannel. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Borun was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Map Maker. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Guard. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
